Below here are some rules that I have not made a home yet for:

Condition Green     Covert Starfleet code used to secretly indicate on a clear channel that the speaker is being held captive. Captain Kirk relayed this code to Mr. Scott when Kirk was being held captive on planet 892-IV in 2267. (TOS: Bread and Circuses). Condition Green also prohibits the listener from taking any such action such as a rescue mission.

Security Clearance 5        A high level of authorization needed to access restricted functions aboard station Deep Space 9. It was required to activate the repaired replicators in Ops on Stardate 46423 (DS9: Babel)

Security Clearance 7       Level of clearance needed to access the location of weapons stored on station Deep Space 9 (DS9: Captive Pursuit)

Emergency Procedure Alpha 2       Emergency protocol used aboard Federation starships. Alpha 2 disengaged all ship-board computer control and placed ship's systems on manual override. Counselor Troi, in command following the ship's collision with a quantum filament on Stardate 45156, ordered this procedure put in effect (TNG: Disaster)

Starfleet Away Team Guidelines

  • Medical Emergency on Alien Terrain: "It is recommended to keep an open com-channel at all times." (VOYAGER: "Macrocosm")
  • "Specifically forbid the transport of unknown infectious agents onto a starship without establishing containment and eradication protocols." (VOYAGER: "Macrocosm")
  • Captain leading Away Teams: Starfleet Code Section 12, Paragraph 4 (Star Trek Nemesis)

Non-Specific Regulations

Health-Related

  • "All research personnel on alien planets are required to have their health certified by a starship surgeon at one-year intervals." (TOS: "The Man Trap")
  • "The ship's surgeon will require a full examination of any crew member that he has doubts about, including the Captain." (TOS: "Turnabout Intruder")
  • "Nothing shall be beamed aboard until danger of contamination has been eliminated. Beaming down to the surface (of a planet) IS permitted, if the Captain decides the mission is vital, and reasonably free of danger". (Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, VOYAGER: "Macrocosm")
  • "The Chief Medical Officer outranks the captain in health matters." (VOYAGER: "Persistence of Vision", et al.)
    • A captain cannot order a doctor to violate Doctor-Patient Confidentiality, except in situations of ship security. (VOYAGER: "Fury")
